Bringing order that asset in question can be sold by applying section-9 of Arbitration Act while section 34 is pending.
First application filed in India under section 33(3) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 after the approval of Resolution Plan by NCLT which was duly admitted by NCLT, Kolkata.
